System Requirements
Most computers from the past five years will handle our platform without issues. But knowing specific requirements can save you from frustration later.
Operating System
Windows 10 or later, macOS 11 Big Sur or newer, Ubuntu 20.04 LTS and recent Linux distributions. The platform works across these environments with consistent performance.
Processor
Intel Core i3 or AMD equivalent from 2015 onwards works smoothly. Faster processors improve loading times when processing larger expense reports with multiple attachments.
Memory
Minimum 4GB RAM, but 8GB provides better experience when multiple browser tabs are open. For teams managing thousands of monthly transactions, 8GB becomes more important.
Network Connection
Stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download speed. The application syncs data continuously, so consistent connectivity matters more than raw speed.
Browser Compatibility
We test extensively on major browsers to keep things working smoothly. Chrome and Edge generally give the fastest experience because they share similar technology.
Firefox works perfectly too, though some animations might look slightly different. Safari users on Mac get full functionality starting from version 14.
